SHORTERM RENTAL HOUSE RULES

 

Like everything in life, there are rules and they must be obeyed. Rules are there for our security and safety. When acting as a host and letting your space, flat, apartment or any other type of accommodation it is of great importance to lay down the basic rules for the guests. These rules are for our protection against financial loss general liability and other types of wrong doings and unfortunate actions. There are no specific rules but simple guidelines should be accepted and followed. Here are some of the rules that from the host for the guest:

  • Be friendly. It is said that the smile and kind words can open all the doors.
  • Be punctual. It is not a good impression if you are late and your host is waiting for you unless there is a good reason for it.
  • Keep the place clean and throw out rubbish when departing. Throw away uneaten food and drinks. Remember that a host can also rate you as the guest.
  • Turn off the appliances and close the windows, lock doors. Conserve energy.
  • During stay do not draw unwanted attention; do not play music or TV too loud. Do not make loud noise during night hours.
  • Do not invite other people than those approved by the host.
  • If some items are broken or damaged inform host or replace them.
  • Do not use drugs or commit any other type of illegal activity.
